Lobscurite London Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

At Lobscurite London, we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are printed on demand, the production process begins shortly after an order is placed.

• Standard Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

• Process: To cancel, please email info@lobscurite.co.uk immediately with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Post-Production Policy

Once an order has entered the fulfillment and printing stage, Lobscurite London is unable to cancel the order or offer a refund. At this point, the item is being custom-made to your specifications, and materials have already been used.

Personalized & Custom Goods

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal and cancellation does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or those that are clearly personalized. As Lobscurite London products are created specifically for each order, they fall under this category once production has commenced.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact info@lobscurite.co.uk within the same 6-hour window. Once the order has been processed for shipping, Lobscurite London cannot change the delivery destination, and any costs associated with reshipping to a new address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Right to Cancel

Lobscurite London reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock availability, errors in pricing/descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
