Lobscurite London Return Policy

Our General Policy

At Lobscurite London, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting us at info@lobscurite.co.uk.


Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these applies to your order, please contact the Lobscurite London support team at info@lobscurite.co.uk with photos of the wrong/damaged items and your order number. We will review the information and sort that out for you as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, Lobscurite London does not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, please check our sizing charts—we provide one for every item listed in our store within the product description section.

Mislabeled Items: Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please notify Lobscurite London at info@lobscurite.co.uk within one week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a full refund.


Detailed Return Terms

  • Damaged/Defective Goods: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to Lobscurite London within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once Lobscurite London has confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Consumer Rights & Legal Governance

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

     

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever; therefore, Lobscurite London reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
